Founded in March 2025 by an avid beader, Doris Chin who recognized that the future of the bead world was endangered with closure of brick and mortar stores and new beaders left to learn on their own.

Not only is The Bead Network (LLC) offering beginner+ classes in bead weaving and bead embroidery, 6-hour marathon classes are soon to be history. As an innovator, Doris decided to put a 4-hour maximum limit on classes and split classes into two sessions so there is opportunity to work on the project and at one’s own pace.

The Bead Network aims to give artists opportunities to teach projects that are not picked by conservative store owners and organizers but desired by beaders. We crowd source interest via social media and Waitlists on our website.
