Want to support a good cause? A (big) portion of the proceeds goes towards Melissa Shippee’s Peer to Peer donation for the Colin Farrell Foundation scheduled for Spring 2026. The foundation is committed to supporting the lives of individuals and families living with intellectual disability through education, awareness, and innovative programs. People living with intellectual disability are facing multiple crises that have deleterious effects on their health and well-being.
Bead weaving: Intermediate/Advanced level.
Bead Embroidery: Intermediate/Advanced level.
Melissa has pre-recorded videos of each step so you don’t have to worry about missing a step. Her patterns are fantastically written and with clear diagrams to follow. This fun project incorporates both bead weaving and bead embroidery and is for intermediate and advanced students.
Techniques: peyote stitch, brick stitch, tubular netting, beaded backstitch, sunshine stitch and some experience with intricate designs.
Only 1 colorway available and kits are $86. Feel free to swap out components to make it yours. This is the perfect project to use leather, cork or ultrasuede you have been saving up. Size is approximately 2x4.5” slightly larger than a drivers license. Parts to make the clutch and fabric included.
